Every booking includes private use of the venue, up to two hours for setup, and up to one hour for breakdown.
Three-hour paid rental minimum. Pricing and availability are confirmed in your written booking summary.
Need more setup time? Additional setup time may be reserved for $75 per hour, subject to availability and written approval.

Every booking includes up to two hours for setup and up to one hour for breakdown. Additional setup time may be reserved for $75 per hour when available and approved in writing.
